Street, who has disposed of his stud, which it is pleasing to know will be carried on, has entered two two-yeai-olds and a yearling. a small but j classy entry. One two-year-old. Oakvale Sun shotj and the yearling. Oakvale Tnv®tf; are by Mountain Meadows Sunshot (Mountain Meadows Rascal— Mountain Meadows Sunbeam) a paternal grandson of the imported Vagabond of Oaklands, C.B.B.. sire of 13 C.O.R. daughters up to 6441b. fat, out of a daughter of Woodlands Marvel Victor (10 C.O.R. daughters up to 7681b. fat). Oakvale Molly, the dam of the two-year old Qakvale Sunshot, has a C.O.R. of 4931b. fat as a two-year-old in a very dry season, while her dam, Oakvale Melba, has a C.O.R. of 6281b. fat at five years, and thi'ce successive G.H.T. records of 5111b., 5361b. and 4131b., the latter in 2o8 days. The dam of Ihe yearling Oakvale Private is full of imported blood and high testing records. The other two-year-old is by Bridge View Ginger Mick who combines the blood of Goodwood Rupert the imported Clarion, Bright Sultan and Xenias Oxford Lad, the latter having C.O.R. daughters up to 9501b. fat at three years. Scrim's granddam, Bridge View Golden Frisky (paternal) did 6051b. fat at three years. and Oakvale Melba (maternal) did (5281b. fat at. five yeare. whilst he also goes back to Remuera Belle, C.O.R. 7851b. fat, dual gold medallist.
