AMERICAN LABOIJR VOW Boston, Sept. 25. Mr. William Green, president of the American Federation of Labour, addressing the American Legion convention today, said: "The American people feel that Britain's victory is vital for the United States security, consequently it would seem logical that Americans should extend to Britain and her heroic army and navy all the support possible short of war."
