CHINESE INVASION

TROOPS PREPARE ENTRY Rec. 1 a.m. Chungking, Sept. 26. The Chinese central news agency says Chinese troops are preparing to enter Indo-China. The Chinese Foreign Office has instructed its Hanoi consulate to arrange the urgent evacuation of Indo-China by Chinese and to negotiate for compensation for all Chinese losses as a result of the Hanoi agreement.
