SCH00LB0Y RUGBY STAR 174 points during season opponents get only 45 Wallace Cameron, star of the Y/harehuia-Te Popo primary school Rugby football team, finished a phenomenally successful season yesterday by scoring 27 points for his team against Moturoa in tbe final I for the McLeod Shield, open to schools with rolls below 200. He scored six tries, converted three of them and kicked a goal from a mark. His team won by 30' points to six. In earlier school games he scored 126 out af the 151 points scored by his team, in the North-South game he contributed 15 of his side's 18, and in the game between Taranaki and Wanganui he scored all the points for Taranaki, two tries, so that his total for the season is 174 out of the 205 scored by all the teams he has played for. Opposing teams scored only 45 points all told. Cameron was only once in a losing team, and that was the representative game at Wanganui when the home boys, though scoring only one try, beat Taranaki 15-6.
