THRILLING DRAMA.

A murder trial in which the acquitted starts a train of dramatic events, is the theme of RKO-Radio's e.xciting newspaper drama "Sued fo.r Libel." When a newspaper girl, as a .jag, tells her sweet-heart-reporter that a man accused of murder has been convicted when in real-. ity the jury has acquitted him, her boy friend broadcasts that information over the air, involves himself and his paper and station in a libel suit. How the radio reporter and the girl finally dig up the defendant's past and obtain information that solves their problem lead to the dramatic climax of the story. Kent, Taylor and Linda Hayes have the leads in this exciting film with featured support by Lilian Bond and Morgan Conway. In "Return to Yesterday," the second feature on the programme, which was directed by Robert Stevenson, Clive Brook is supported by A.nna Lee. Other artists include' well known players such as Dame May Whitty, Milton Rosmer and Garry Marsh.
