COURT WAIREKA A.O.F.

The quarterly meeting of Court Waireka, A.O.F., was held recently, Chief Ranger Bro. A. A. Wilkinson presiding. The court regretted its first war casualty, Bro. Leonard W. Bennett, of the Royal Air Force. After court business the members played indoor bowls and table I tennis. Many songs were sung. The following toasts were honoured: Forestry, P.C.R. Bro. E. G. Sleep— P.C.R. Bro. J. L. Sleep; territorials leaving for camp, Bro. D. Robertson — P.C.R. Bro. V. Walters; brother soldiers overseas, P.C.R. Bro. J. A. Wilkinson: the King, Chief Ranger Bro. A. A. Wilkinson.
