DANCE AT PUKENGAHU

The Pukengahu Young Farniers' Club held a successful dance in the hall. Dance music was supplied by Hooker s orchestra. Extras were played by Messrs. Coplestone and Bond. Mr. R. Coplestone. president of the Farmers' Union. presented the 1939-40 pasture cup to the winner. Mr. H. Blackstock. Novelty dances were won by Miss D. Vesty and Mr. D. Lyford: Mr. and Mrs. P. Horgan and Mr. Moyes and partner.
