RETURN TO FRANCE
SOLDIERS FROM SYRIA Rec. 9.50 p.m. London, Sept. 24. Ten thousand French soldiers are retuming to France from Svria this montn, after which transfers will continue until the garrison is at the pre-war establishment of 40,000. says the correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain at Beirut.
