YUGOSLAVIA AND GREECE Rec. 8 p.m. Salpnika, Sept. 22. A visiting Yugoslavian Cabinet Minister, M. Ivan Andres, who holds the portfolio of Commerce, in a statement to-day said Yugoslavia and Greece were firmly united in the same resolve to safeguard political and economic independence and were determined to remain outside the conflict .which was tearing Europe asunder. The Balkans, which showed a desire for mutual help in time of peace, were even more eager to cb-operate now that they were beset with so many difficulties, he added.
