SLOOP TORPEDOED

LOSS OF H.M.S. DUNDEE
Rugby, Sept. 22. The Admiralty announces that His Majesty's sloop Dundee has been torpedoed by a U-boat and subsequently The Dundee was a vessel of the Falmouth class, of 1060 tons, and was bullt tn 1932. She had a speed of 16i knots and carried two 4-inch anti-aircraft guns.
