NEW TOKO TENNIS CLUB

At a meeting of the Toko Tennis committee and others interested in tennis in the Toko hall a tennis club was formed, with office-bearers as follows: President, Mr. T. T. Murray; vice-presidents, Messrs. M. Chainey and McNab; secretary. Mr. Bert Anderson; treasurer, Mr. H. "Ancell; club captain, Mr. G. Anderson; committee, Mr. Cartwright, Misses L. Knox and Ida Reed. The official opening of the new courts, which are Toko's centennial memorial, is to take place on Saturday next, when a Yankee tournament will be held. Personal. Mrs. Hector Milne and her daughter, who have been staying with Mrs. Milne's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Milne, have returned to Auckland.
