Films Currently Showing. "Dr. Kildare's Strange Case." "Dr. Kildare's Strange Case." fourth of the popular "Kildare" series, centres within a hospital, this time young Dr. Kildare attacking and winning a case of what was believed to be incurable insanity. Players include Laraine Day, Sheppard Strudwick, Samuel .S. Hinds, Emma Dunn. Nat Pendleton, Walter Kingsford and Alma Kruger. "The Great Victor Herbert." Allan Jones, who shares the top spot with Mary Martin and Walter Connolly in "The Great Victor Herbert." has appeared in some of the screen's best-liked melody pictures. Among them are: "Show Boat," "Rose Marie." "The Firefly" and "Everybody Sing." Jones' role in The Great Victor Herbert" is that of a matinee idol who finds fame in Victor Herbert's operettas and romance with the most popuiar leading lady of the day. "The Great Victor Herbert" brings back such memorable music as "Kiss Me Again," "Fm Falling in Love With Someone," "Ah! Sweet Mystery of Life," "A Kiss in the Dark" and "Thine Alone."
