In to-day's issue the Railway Departmenl advertises a slight alteration in the departure time from Stratford and Hawera of the New Plymouth-Wellington rail car. The alteration is made to allow time for refreshments at Hawera.* Webster Eros, advertise the sale of good secondhand timber. iron etc. from the late W. D. Webster's 10-roomed residence in Fulford Street. Some very fine timber, kauri and rimu will be sold on Friday next, September 27.*
