WHAKAMARA PERSONAL

At the monthly meeting of the Whakamara branch of P.W.M.U. an address was given by Miss Wenda Scott. The secretary, Miss J. Reid, read a letter on New Zealand mission work. Mr. I. Buckrell has returned from the Palmerston North hospital. Messrs. H. Hey and P. Dobson spent the week-qnd as the guest of Mrs. D. Taylor, Feilding. Mrs. J. M. Crozier, Dunedin, who has been spending a holiday with Mrs. V. Walls, has returned. Miss Larcom, Ararata, has been the guest of Miss M. Scott. The Misses Mit.chell, Matemateonga, have been spending a holiday as the guests of Miss W. Scott. The Misses Wylie, Auckland, are spending a holiday with Mr. and Mrs. R. Wylie.
