appeal for cessation Rec. 5.5. p.m. Bombay, Sept. 18. The All-Lndia Congress executive today passed a resolution appealing to members to cease civil disobedience pending Mr. Gandhi's interview with the Viceroy, the Marquess of Linlithgow.
