THIRD POWER RIGHTS
ATTITUDE OF NANKING Rec. 9.55 p.m. Shanghai, Sept. 17. Wang Ching-wei's Daily News announced to-day that the Nanking Government will not recognise the extraterritorial rights of Poland, Holland, Norway, Belgium or any other conquered countries. Reneyfng complaints to Tokio, it said China \vas expecting more satisfactory treatment and more honest co-operation from Japan than from the nations which had been suppressing China.
