It is officially announced from Rome that the Italian offensive in Egypt is timed to coincide with the German thrust against Britain. Dominion Pilots to Fore. Dominion pilots were strongly represented in the latest series of Royal Air Force flights over Germany reported on by the Air Ministry. Italians Harried. Italian forces advancing into Egypt claim to have reached Buqbuq, but admit harassing fire was met from British planes and mechanised units. Conflict Feared. French officials at Hanoi say Japan may be permitted to establish troops in Indo-China, thus precipitating a Chinese invasion and ending France's rule.
