No word has been received, however, as to when the British children may be expected to arrive at Wanganui. Mr. J. Additions to the equipment of the Wanganui Health Camp costing about £240 are recommended by officials of the King George V Memorial Trust Board who visited the camp last week. The recommendations include more adequate protection of the camp from fire. Work considered necessary by the board's officials includes an addition to the laundry block, £160; wood-shed, £28; hygienic milk container, £6 10s; a washing-machine and painting newly erected storeroom. total £239. A new term will begin to-day, when 46 children from the Wanganui Education Board's district will enter camp for treatment. The progress of children receiving treatment has been well maintained since April 1, the average weight of each child having increased by between four and five pounds.
