MONTH'S WORK REVIEWED The monthly meeting of the Hawera branch of the Plunket Society was held on Monday. Arrangements were put in hand for a bring-and-buy shop day and street collection appeal. Subscriptions were received from Mesdames A. Upson, W. Davidson, J. Campbell, W. Elder (donation), S. I. Richards, F. H. Mundt, H. Moore L. A. Hoskin, J. L. Carter and W. Oliver and Mr. L. Clapham. Statistics for the month were: New cases 12 (eight breast fed, two breast fed with complement, two artificially fed); visits to office (adults 2o2, babies 204, older children 28), 484; telephone advices, 16; visits to homes, 140.
