Mrs. J. Johnston, Wellington, is the guest of her mother, Mrs. C. Murdoch. Miss B. Hill has returned from Christchurch and Wellington. Mrs. J. Free has returned from New Plymouth. Miss K. Petrie has returned from Ohakune and Mt. Ruapehu. A party of Methodists, including Sister Dorothy's Maori Bible class, journeyed to Manaia on Thursday night for a lecture given by the Rev. G. Laurenson on home missions.
