ARGENTINE CREDIT
BRITAIN NEGOTIATING Rec. 8.35 p.m. Buenos Aires, Sept. 12. It is officially stated that the Argentine and British Governments are studying an agreement by which the Argentine will cede to Britain a credit of between £30.000,000 and £40.000.000 for the purchase of meats and grains. British-owned railroads and packing houses in Argentina would be security.
