HOLIDAY NOVEMBER 25 Wellington, Last Night. The King's Birthway will this year be observed on Monday, November 25, according to the King's Birthday. Emergency . Regulations, 1940, amendment No. 1, which were published with to-night's Gazette. The regulations also provide that it shall be observed as a statutory holiday.
