KAPONGA BRANCH MEETS Remits were carried by the Kaponga branch of the Farmers' Union asking for the restoration of the cut in benzine coupons and licenses and for the increase of the working week to 44 hours as a war effort. It was decided to hold the final meeting of the year in October. ® 1 - Further ' entries were received for hay and ensilage competitions during the coming season.
