No information when the fourth reinforcements will be called up to enter camp is available, the date of entry depending upon the duration of the' measles epidemic. Children From Britain. Enthusiasm for Home Guard. Enthusiasm for the establishment of the National Reserve Corps, particularly for the Home Guard, was found by the Hon. D. Wilson at every town he visited on his tour of the North Island.^ Abducted Girl Happy. Abduction of a girl of 13 who said she had found it the happiest period of her life led to the former driver of the school bus on which she travelled bemg - -ntenced to three months' imprisonment. Making Wheat Germ Bread. The advantages of the process evolved by the Wheat Research Institute for the manufacture of white bread coritaining a wheat germ were discussed by the Mmister of Scientific and Industrial Research.
