Mr. R. R. Knight, Okaiawa, who leaves for training camp shortly, gave pupils of the Eltham Methodist Sunday school a picni? at Te Ngutu park as a farewell gesture. Mrs. W. R. Saunders and Miss Mavis Saunders. who were Mrs. R. J. Yardleys guests, have returned to Frankton. Mr. and Mrs. T. Ward and Miss Mavis Ward, Piopio, were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ward.
