FILM “DAWN” IN AMERICA

The State Department has taken no official cognizance of the grov ig protests and will not do so, unless formally approached. The German Embassy is considering this step, though it is reluctant to arouse a public discussion similar to that which occurred in England. Meantime the German Consulate in New York has succeeded in exacting a promise from many important theatres that they will not exhibit it.
