GUNSHOT INJURES MAN’S EYE
THE LOSS OF HIS SIGHT FEARED. By Telegraph. —Press Association. Whangarei, Last Night. While shooting at Maramaku yesterday, Ernest Timperley, a settler at Rama Rama Valley, stepped into the line of fire as his companion, Eric Keyte, discharged his gun. Timperlcy’s right eye was seriously injured and it is feared he has lost his sight. He was taken to Auckland for treatment.
