ITALY’S PRIME MINISTER. London, March 27. Lord Rothermere, th© well-known newspaper proprietor, contributes an interview with Signor Mussolini to the Daily Mail. The Due© endorses this as a plain statement of fact. He cites Mussolini’s five years’ reorganisation aa having resulted in th© most efficient Government in Europe. “Mussolini,” he says, “is the greatest figure of the age. He will dominate the twentieth century as Napoleon dominated the nineteenth. He does not participate in social life. He sleeps eight hours nightly, and lias been an abstainer and a non-smoker for 10 years. “He does not seek to win a military, but an economic industrial war.”
