GOLF AT WAIWAKAIHO. THE EASTER TOURNAMENT. The annual Easter tournament of the New Plymouth Club commences on the links at Waiwakaiho to-day, when the qualifying rounds over 36 holes will be played. The first sixteen will play ofl by match play on Monday and Tuesday for the Taranaki amateur championship, the final taking place on Tuesday afternoon. Considering the recent spell of dry weather the links are in good order and very fast, so some good scores should be recorded. To-night the visitors will be entertained at a party at the Burwood Cabaret.
