LONDON MARKET VALUES. Private advice in New Plymouth yesterday states that control prices fot New Zealand butter on the London market last week-end were quoted at 166 s for finest grade, and 164 s for first grade. Stored butter was selling at 158 s. The market was firm. The cheese market was stated to Be advancing, with quotations at 94s for finest and 93s for first grade. Last week quotations were: — New Zealand butter.—Control prices, 158 s for finest and 156 s for first grades; market advancing; stored butter, 148 s to 150 s; market firm. New Zealand cheese.—Market quiet; prices 84s to 85s.
