THE CANADIAN TOUR. GAME IN NEW PLYMOUTH ON JUNE 1. The secretary of the Taranaki Football Association states that it lias been decided by the executive of that body to play the match allotted Taranaki, against the Canadian tourists, on Wednesday, June 1, in New Plymouth, subject to satisfactory arrangements being come to with the Rugby Union for the use of Pukekura Park. To confirm the match it will be necessary for the Taranaki Association to lodge a financial guarantee with the New Zealand Football Council, and they are looking to New Plymouth to assist them to do do this. The secretary of the Taranaki Association, Mr. F. G. Peters. Hawera,. Is in charge of the arrangements.
