DOMINION DELEGATES RETURN. By Telegraph.— Prexs Association. Auckland, Nov. 30. The New Zealand delegates to the Empire Parliamentary Congress, Hon. J. Barr, Messrs. J. S. Dickson, Veitch, and Savage, returned by the Üb’mnvoa from Sydney to-night after an absence of eleven weeks. They are enthusiastic about the warmth of the reception they received in Australia, and said that every facility was given them to gain all possible information about that country.
