The Berlin correspondent„ of The Times says the most serious charge yet brought against the Reichswehr authorities appears in the Socialist newspaper Breshlauer Volkswakeht, with which Herr Loebe, President of the Reichstag, is connected. It, asserts that a Black Reichswehr reserve exists in Silesia, supported by the funds of the Nationalists. Reichswehr officers are collected by the employers’ associations at Breslau, who are financing a civilian gymnastic newspaper. It adds that 40 officers are employed training the reserves on the army parade grounds. The reserves are told that they are required to form a frontier guard against the Poles.
