TIKORANGI DEFEATS BRIXTON. USEFUL SCORE BY THE FOREMANS. Chiefly owing to useful innings by members of the Foreman family and Lye, Tikorangi had little difficulty in defeating Brixton at Brixton on Saturday. Brixton batted first, and made 30 runs, P. Sarten, R. McKenzie and C. Foreman proving destructive with the ball Tikorangi had made 112 for the loss of nine wickets when the game was abandoned on account of rain. Details: BRIXTON.
