TROUBLE OVER BOUNDARIES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne* Nov. 26. The Assembly, amid scenes of great excitement, agreed to a fresh re-division of electoral boundaries on the casting vote of the Speaker. Members of the Labour Opposition, chagrined at the prospect of a Ministerial victory, completely disregarded the dignity traditionally associated with Parliamentary procedure and made grossly insulting remarks to the Ministers and speakers.
