The Police investigations into the deaths of the Milton family at Tenterfield show that the heads of the wife and three children had been badly battered with some blunt instrument. There were three bullet wounds in Milton’s head. The police discovered that on Wednesday Milton interviewed a local solicitor regarding a matter that had been the cause of some domestic trouble.
