CHINESE CABINET RESIGNS

The Cabinet is resigning, and a coalition is being formed. The ex-president Li-Yuan-Chung is expected to accept the presidency. It is reported that large supplies of munitions en route from Russia have been intercepted by the anti-Reds. ANTI-RED FORCES. EXTENSIVE OPERATIONS. London, Nov. 22. At a week-end conference the anti Red militarists at Tientsin decided to dispatch a combined army to Nanking to check the Red advance towards Pe king. The army will include a large force of White Russians, supplementing several thousand Whites in the long standing Shantung army. The allies intend crossing the Yangtse and extending southwards, placing a strong force of anti-Reds in control of the Shanghai district, hich Sun-Chang-Fang has agreed to give up in return for assistance, retaining only Chekiang.
