EX-KAISER HAS FEVER
CONDITION SAID TO BE SERIOUS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyr.ght. Received Nov. 23, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 22. It is reported from the Hague that the ex-Kaiser is suffering from fever, and that his condition is serious. Received Nov. 23, 9 p.m. Berlin, Nov. 22. It is learned that the former Crown Prince is going to Doorn as soon as possible. The ex-Kaiser Wilhelm’s condition, though serious, is not critical. Its nature is a relapse after influenza and lumbago.
