MOTOR COLLISION CLAIM.

Christchurch, Last Night. The second hearing of a claim for .£962 Ils Cd damages by Harold Arthur Thorne, farm labourer, against Jack Ollivcr, a farmor of Hororata, on account of a collision at Hororata on March 21, 1925, was continued to-day before Mr. Justice Stringer and a jury of twelve. A verdict was returned for plaintiff for £546 16s 6d, and plaintiff was awarded costs on both hearings.
