TUMULT IN VIENNA
ANTI-FASCIST. AUDIENCE. FIGHT LASTS TWO HOURS. London, Nov. 8. Tunnilt attended the attempt of Professor Botlrero, the Italian Secretary for Education, to lecture on Fascist ideals, says the Daily Mail's representative at Vienna. Many Italian notables, including one of the Ministers, Signor Auriti, were present. Austrian Socialists howled: "Death to Mussolini and workmen killers.” Hie Fascists and the Austrians fought for two hours, and despite the warnings of the gendarmerie, Signor Auriti refused to leave until the lecture had been delivered. He left for Rome by the first trail). Signor Auriti made a diplomatic protest against the police permitting insults to Mussolini. The Vienna correspondent of tlie Tinies states that Signor Auriti has informed the Foreign Secretary that he has notified the Italian Foreign Office of the occurrence. Fascists assembled before the palaeo of Bishop Endrici, of Trent, and demanded his abdication. The bishop replied that he would resign if the Vatican asked him to do so.
