RETURN TO CANADA
MIGRATION FROM THE STATES. Br Telegraph—P-ess Assn.—Copyright. Ottawa, Nov. 16. Canadians, who some years ago flocked to tho United States, are returning at the rate of 2000 monthly and once more become British citizens, according to the official immigration returns, which show that 90,000 new immigrants arrived in Canada during the first six months of the year.
