By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 16, 7.40 p.m. • London, Nov. 15. Nine coal mining districts have thus far decided in favour of the acceptance of the terms of settlement, including Rhondda Valley, which is regarded as significant. The South Wales decision to accept the terms as a matter of loyalty to the Miners’ Federation gave a most important lead. Secrecy is being maintained in Yorkshire, but it is reported that the proposals will be overwhelmingly adopted. To-day 7442 miners returned to work, making the total now working 338,153. Received Nov. 17, 1.25 a.m. * Moscow, Nov. 16. It is announced that the Soviet trade unions have remitted a further £65,000 to the British miners.
