Wellington, Nov. 15.

Thomas Tracey, an. old man of 60, who was dozing on the wharf near the Town Hall yesterday afternoon, lost his balance and fell into the harbour. A seaman, William Kingston, jumped in and rescued him, but the shock was too much and life could not be restored.
