SUN'S RAYS HARNESSED

Two scientists, MM. Boucheret and Claude, have revealed the discovery of methods of harnessing the sun’s rays, thus producing a new boundless source of energy at a trifling cost. They claim it removes the difficulty of the lack of labotu' in the French colonies, and will rend the tropics more habitable for Europeans.
