THE PACIFIC CABLE
DUPLICATION PROCEEDING. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 14, 5.5 p.m. Buva, Nov. 13. The cable steamer Faraday has arrived from Fanning Island. She sails on Monday to complete laying'the shore end of the Fanning Island-Suva cable, which it is hoped to accomplish by the end of the week. There ie about four hundred miles of the cable to lay.
