NIAGARA ON FIRE.
FLAMES SUBDUED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Sydney, Dec. 29. A fire occurred in the engineers’ storerooms on the steamer Niagara, owing to an electric wire fusing. The crew sub dued the flames. No suspicious circumstances are reported.
