TIMARU TOURNAMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. The Christmas bowling tournament concluded to-day. The pairs efent was won by Moyes and Smellie (Timaru), the rinks by the Sumner rink (Cooper, Hislop, Raphael and Henley),, who defeated Taieri in the final. The Queensland "bowlers played Timaru this afternoon, five rinks aside, Timaru winning by 98 to 65 and four games to one.
