* GERMANY SENDS GUNS. London, Nov. 1. The Times says there is ample evidence that traffic in guns and ammunition from Germany to Turkey is proceeding on a. very considerable scale. The headquarters of the traffic is a factory at Gleiwitz. The arms, minus essential parts, are smuggled across the frontier, and the missing parts sent separately as- stores and transported by way of Poland and Rumania.
