LOSSES ON REVUES.

PRODUCER IN BANKRUPTCY. London, Dec. 6. The vicissitudes of the revue producer, Albert Decourville, who, on entering the theatrical profession, received a salary of £lO a week, which rose in a few years to £12,000 yearly, were related in the Bankruptcy Court. His estimated liabilities are £lOO,OOO and his assets a few thousands.

Decourville attributed his insolvency to lack of knowledge of theatrical production abroad. The greatest losses were in connection with the revues “Pins and Neddies” and “Hullo, Canada!” The latter resulted in a loss of between £20,000 and £25,000 during a tour of Canada.
