BREACHES OF ELECTORAL LAW. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Dec. 22. Robert Livingstone Bradley was charged with having signed his- wiie’s name to a claim for enrolment form and Ernest Limbrick charged with having witnessed it without, seeing it signed. The offence took place in a hotel bar. Each was fined £5.
